DU M.Phil /Ph.D   admissions 2016  has been  start so the applicants who are looking for admission into the  Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) &   Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)   under the University of Delhi can apply  submit their applications from  13th of May 2016.

Online application form submission for DU M.Phil / PhD admissions 2016  has started from 13th May 2016 and the applications will be  submit up to 31st May 2016.  So, if want to get admittance under the Delhi university so   must apply  before the deadline.




 How  to Fill Delhi University  Admission Application Form  
Registration
1)    Open the register menu
2)   After that type valid & active E-mail in the text box
3)   Confirm your email ID by entering the ID in the next e-mail id Column
4)   Set your Password, password must be at least 6 words
5)   Re-type your Password
6)   Type the above given code in the text box
7)   Click on registration
8)   Now you registration is complete
Login Section
1)     Click on “login”
2)     Enter your E-mail Id which you have written above and enter your password which you have generated in the Registration section.
3)     After entering both E-mail Id and Password click on login
4)     After that you will be login to account
Application form
1)     Once you have login to your account, you will get to know that you have a personalized dashboard
2)     Select the link of “apply online” which will be in the left side of screen
3)     Enter your Full Name
4)     Your Email id will be auto filled
5)     Enter your Guardian Name- Father, Mother Name
6)     Mobile Number will be auto filled by the system you have no need to type Mobile Number.
7)     Select your Category that you belong
8)      Select your gender from the dropdown menu
9)     Enter your DOB with the help of Dropdown menu.
10) Provide your address
11)  Select the state from the dropdown menu
12)  Select the District Name from the Drop Down menu
13)  Enter your Pin code
Move towards Education section
1)     Select your Board Name
2)      Year of Passing: Select your Year of Passing from the dropdown.
3)     Status of Result: Select your Result Status from the dropdown
4)     Board Roll No. : Enter your Board Roll No.
5)     Select your Subject from the Drop down
6)     Subject Code: Your Subject Code is auto-filled by the system.
7)     Enter your Maximum marks which you are obtained in the qualifying examination.
8)     Enter your mark obtained in subjects
Point to remember
Applied applicant may select 5 subjects but there are conditions in the selection of subjects – 1 Other Language Core, 1 Other Language Elective and 1 Other Subject.

  • Family Income:Select your Family’s annual income from the Dropdown List.
  • Schooling:Select your schooling from the Dropdown List.
  • School Location: Select your School Location from the Dropdown List.
  • Medium of Study:Select your Medium of Study from the Dropdown List.
  • Select Course(s) You Wish to Study
  • Course Choice: Select your Choice of Courses from the Dropdown List.
Application fee payment
After filling all the necessary columns proceed to payment
1)     Select the link of  “Make Payment”
2)     Deposit your application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card (VISA/MASTER)
After the Successful financial transaction download the application form to download/print out the application form press the “Print Form” link and take a printout of application form.


List of Require Documents
  1. Passport size photograph, max size 50KB and dimensions 100px (min. width) X 140px (min. height)
  2. Signature, max size 50KB and dimensions 140px (min. width) X 60px (min. height)
  3. ID Proof (Self Attested), max size 100KB, any one of the following
    Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Voter’s Identity Card, Passport, College Identity Card.
  4. Class 10th Certificate (Self Attested) as Date of Birth proof, max size 100KB.
  5. Caste Certificate (Self Attested) , max size 100KB.

 Delhi University  M.Phil /PhD  Application Fee 2016
 For  SC/ST/PwD  applicants  application fee /registration fee Rs. 250/-
For unreserved categories candidates application fee/regsitratino fee Rs. 500/.


Eligibility Criteria 

For  M.Phil:-  The applicants who are looking for applying  to M.Phil  program must have 55% marks in their M.Com/MIB/MHROD/MFC/MBA  degree from recognized university.

For PhD:-  Applicants must have the degree of Post Graduation in relevant filed with minimum 55% marks from recognized university.


 Delhi University  M.Phil/Phd Admission Process:- 
For getting admission into the M.Phil  or PhD programs  the candidate will have  to pass out the entrance examination which will be conduct by the Delhi University.
The entrance examinations for  M.Phil and PhD programs will be conduct  from 19th to 23rd June 2016.

 Delhi University  M.Phil/Phd  Entrance Exam  (Written Test) Results 2016

The  DU M.Phil /Phd  entrance exam results 2016 will be announce on or before 10th July 2016,  results of the  M.Phil /PhD entrance examination 2016 will be display on the official website of Delhi University.
On, the basis of marks in the entrance examination  you will be selected for the admission into the  M.Phil / PhD programs. So, try to higher marks in the entrance examination.
